We use frozen hash brown potatoes, add some extra ingredients and, presto, crispy, golden, yummy latkes. Ingredients: 1 16-ounce bag Alexia Hash Brown Potatoes, defrosted if frozen* Directions: Squeeze the excess moisture from the defrosted potatoes.
