Easy Lemon and Mustard Chicken PDF Print E-mail

Adapted from Colman's Mustard

So easy and so good. The chicken is basked in a  wonderful blend of mustard, lemon and tarragon. Serve with your favorite rice or pasta - we also like it with mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 tablespoons parve margarine
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons Colman's Original Prepared Mustard
1 teaspoon tarragon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place chicken breasts into baking dish. Melt parve margarine and mix with lemon juice, mustard, and tarragon. Pour over chicken and bake for 45 minutes or until done.

Yield: serves 6
